No figure. No face. No motif. Just bamboo, arranged with architectural precision across three tiered horizontal bars, hanging at different lengths from each level, wooden bead spacers placed at the intersections, oval wooden drops at the bottom as clappers. This is the most minimal piece in the bamboo wind chime range — and in many ways the most sophisticated.
The three tiers create depth. The tubes at the top level are shorter; the ones at the bottom are longer. When wind moves through them, they do not all sound at once — they answer each other at slightly different moments, like call and response, like a conversation happening slowly. The sound is layered. The appearance, from a window or doorway, is architectural: a hanging structure that looks as considered as furniture.
There is a long tradition in Japanese design — and increasingly in contemporary Scandinavian design — of choosing objects that do nothing but exist well. No decoration beyond the material itself. No narrative beyond the shape and the sound. This wind chime belongs to that tradition. It will not compete with the room it lives in. It will make the room more itself.
In Shaman's framework: Wood element (bamboo) + Air element (wind, motion, sound). The simplest dual-element expression in the collection — pure material, pure function, pure energy.
Element: Wood · Air
Energy: Clarity · Presence · Flow
Origin: Bamboo + wood — handcrafted, curated in Kathmandu Care: Best for indoor or sheltered spaces. Avoid prolonged moisture. Dust occasionally with a soft dry cloth. Adjust the tier heights if they shift with movement over time.
