Exchange Policy
At Shaman Kathmandu, all purchases are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order is placed.
Damaged Product Exchange
An exchange will only be provided if:
- The product received is physically damaged during delivery.
- The damage is reported within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
- The damage is verified by our team through clear photo/video evidence.
Required for Verification
Customers must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of:
- Damaged product
- Original packaging
- Shipping label/invoice
Failure to provide sufficient proof may result in rejection of the exchange request.
Non-Eligible Cases
Exchanges are generally not accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Minor color or texture variations
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused after delivery
- Requests made after 3 days of delivery
In rare exceptional cases, exchanges may be considered solely at the discretion of the Shaman Kathmandu team.
Exchange Approval
- Exchanges are processed only after verification and approval by our team.
- Approved exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the same item is unavailable, an alternative product or store credit may be offered at our discretion.
